Scope of Work
All services provided by MTA Heritage Homes LLC will be clearly outlined in a signed service agreement or quote prior to commencement. Any additional work requested outside the original scope will require a written change order and may result in additional charges.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of 35% of the total project cost is required before the start of any work.
This deposit secures your scheduled project date and covers initial material costs.
The deposit is non-refundable once materials are purchased or work has begun.
Payment Terms
Remaining balance is due upon completion of work unless otherwise specified in writing.
All invoices are due within 5 days of the invoice date.
A 5-day grace period is provided before a late fee is assessed.
After the grace period, a late fee of $50 or 5% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater) will be applied.
Additional late fees may accrue every 30 days on outstanding balances.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their project with no penalty up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled start date will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
If work has already commenced, cancellation may require payment for work completed to date and materials purchased.
Project Delays
Delays caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact project timelines.
MTA Heritage Homes LLC will communicate any changes and reschedule as needed without penalty to the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide clear access to the worksite and timely decisions or approvals to avoid delays.
Clients are responsible for notifying MTA Heritage Homes LLC of any HOA or municipal restrictions prior to the start of work.
Warranty
All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the completion date unless otherwise stated.
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials as specified.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
